Something new for me!  Going through my dad's print shop inspired me to try my hand at printmaking.  I began translating some of my favorite images onto linoleum blocks and printing them. After some satisfying experimentation, I decided to add color, creating  hand-colored, uniquely individual pieces.

Three companion pieces similar to these recently sold in a silent art auction at Monte Vista Elementary School. I was happy not only to contribute these prints to the auction, but also to enjoy the wonderful array of both children's art and other adult art. I'll have some of these at La Parada next weekend.
